Where do you deliver ?

We deliver within a 150-mile radius of Brooklyn, but at times find it neccessary to deliver to locations outside this area.  If special circumstances require this for customer accomodations, additional charges will be custom quoted. 

What are your Estimated Delivery Times ?

  • We deliver within the same day if the order is placed before 11:00 a.m EST and location is within a 100-mile radius of Brooklyn.
  • Custom orders may take longer to ship.
  • If your order requires special consideration or handling, please contact our sales support staff, or customer service. 

What are your Shipping Methods and Costs ?

  • In-House Delivery Service
  • UPS – Ground, NDA, 2nd Day Air
  • Larger shipments ship motor freight (No C.O.D.'s on freight).
  • Inks may may be considered hazardous and may not be shipped Express Air.
  • We offer free UPS ground shipping for orders over $100... If your items is considered to be oversized, it may be excluded from our free shipping policy, and our current shipping rates may apply.
  • Shipping charges will apply for all items not listed in the summer Product Catalog and for all custom considered hazardous and may not be shipped Express Air.

What is your Return Policy ?

  • Returns will be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase, A & J Visual Imaging Solutions offers exchange/and/or return of stocked items. No returns will be authorized for product after 30 days following the invoice date.
  • Before a return is accepted by A & J Visual Solutions, returns/and/or exchanges must have are turn authorization number assigned by the Sales Agent, VP of Sales, and or Customer Service.
  • Custom items are not eligible for return. Items that are non-stock items are not eligible for return.
  • We take no responsibility for labor and material costs incurred due to incorrect products that are not tested or found to be acceptable for the customer application. If a product is found to be damaged, we will inspect and if it is found to be in question, we will replace stock only. Please sign off on your product as noted with any concerns at the time of delivery. A visual representation will be noted by our delivery team if the customer states concern or it is evident upon delivery to your location.

  •  A & J Visual Imaging Solutions has no expressed warranties beyond the stated warranties of the product manufacturers. A & J Visual Imaging Solutions does not agree to be held liable for any labor cost incurred by Defective products warranted by the product manufacturers.
